1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the gear icon
2. Click on Internet options
   
3. Click on the Privacy tab
4. Under the Pop-up Blocker section, click Settings
   
5. Under Address of website to allow:, type blackboard.com and click on the Add button
6. Under Address of website to allow:, type utsa.edu and click on the Add button
7. Click Close

7. Close the Allowed Sites window
